Most of our items are authentic vintage, with a small selection of modern pieces and a few items that date into the early 1990s. If we are certain of the era an item was produced, we will note it in the description. Our vintage items are not new, and in most cases do show some signs off age. We do our best to mention any major flaws we find in our pieces, but sometimes we can overlook small things. We recommend that our customers wash or dry clean all clothing before wear. We currently accept only credit card and Paypal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.
We ship within the USA via USPS Priority Mail. All orders include delivery confirmation and insurance. Priority Mail has a 2-3 day delivery time, and is generally very fast. We recommend signature confirmation for all orders shipped to commercial addresses. Please contact us to request this, and this case we will adjust your invoice to reflect the upgraded shipping rate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.
We love our overseas customers! Currently we ship only to countries in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. To find out the cost of shipping to your country, add your desired items to the cart and use the fast and easy shipping calculator to receive a quote.
For international purchases, we ship via USPS First Class Airmail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. First class airmail typically arrives in 1-2 weeks, but can be faster depending on your location. First Class Airmail does not include tracking of your package, but does provide a low-cost alternative for shipping internationally. Priority mail also comes in 1-2 weeks, but includes tracking. Express mail arrives within 5 days from leaving our warehouse, and includes both tracking and signature confirmation.
Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Due to the limited nature of these items, all vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories are non-returnable. Our vintage items are pre-worn and may show signs of age. If your item is grossly misrepresented, we will offer a store credit for the full purchase price, including shipping. These rare returns must be postmarked within 72 hours of the original delivery date and shipped via traceable and insured mail. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Please do not purchase vintage items to try on and return, as we provide accurate measurements for each piece. We maintain detailed photos and inspect each item carefully, so please be aware when requesting a return.
All returns must be authorized by NASTY GAL. Returns and exchanges for new items are accepted within 14 days for domestic and 21 days for international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition and with all tags attached.
